Girls Gone Glowy: Part 1
She has worked with us behind the scenes on advertising photo shoots with the legendary Annie Leibovitz and Royal Wedding photographer Alexi Lubomirski. She is sought after by red carpet clients like Tracee Ellis Ross, Jennifer Connelly, and Natalie Portman.
And now, fashion and Hollywood makeup artist It Girl, Lisa Storey, is taking on her most transformative assignment yet -- making over Kathy and Susan for a fresh reset after 50. Not-so-fine lines, dry, and sensitive skin be damned.
We love Lisa because, as one of the rare top makeup artists over 50, she doesn’t try to make us look 30, she just shows us how to look like a 10. Lisa’s signature look is a warm, flawless glow that “lets the woman come through.”
We spent an entire afternoon with Lisa in her makeup studio for a day of beauty therapy, playing with piles of makeup and embracing her credo of “accepting yourself for who you are and then making the best of what you have.” Watch the first of our three-part makeover series and learn from one of the best.
